Common questions

My rulebook won't upload. Make sure it's a PDF with selectable text (scanned image-only PDFs can't be read). Very large books can take a minute to finish processing.
The answer cites a page I can't find. Tap the citation to open the book to that spot. Printed page numbers are shown when the book includes them.
I keep getting signed out. Check "Keep me signed in" on the sign-in screen.
I want my account removed. Go to Settings → Delete account. It removes your profile, books, and game log permanently.
